About – Newlands Construction Limited, we have been providing groundworks, civil engineering and reinforced concrete frames to the construction industry since 1986.
We deliver projects in a straightforward fashion. No nonsense. Its all about a plain and simple execution.
Our three directors, John Farrelly, Paul Farrelly, and Ian Drury, have been involved in the construction and groundworks business for a combined total of over 120 years. As a result, we’ve successfully delivered projects throughout our entire career and have established trusting and long-lasting relationships with all of our Clients.
A word about Newlands Construction. As of June 2020, Newlands Construction Ltd consistently work on projects of £100,000 up to £3,000,000. Based in Surrey, we undertake projects around the South East of England and London. Check out our projects here.
Most of our machinery and tools are owned in-house. This means we offer competitive costs for our work, giving our Clients great value for their projects. This operational efficiency and total control allow us to reduce project timelines and avoid costly hiring fees, ensuring greater reliability and flexibility on every single job.

Nearly all of our projects involve overcoming complex situations. The groundworks phase of any project is high risk, and we are all about implementing innovative solutions. We approach each project with this mindset, ensuring that we proactively mitigate challenges and provide a robust foundation for success.
It’s all about getting involved early. We love hearing from our Clients. In our eyes, the earlier in the project we can get involved, the better. This helps mitigate any unwanted risk and enables us to give valuable advice on costs, logistics, programme and design.
